Weelder Esmonique 22 exceeds production of 100,000 kg

Another influential cow produced by our breeding programme has added 100,000 kg of milk production to her achievements. The cow in question is the still very lively Weelder Esmonique 22 VG 88 (s. Planet) owned by the van de Kamp family in Putten. She is the grand dam of the breeding bulls Weelder Esperanto and Weelder Empire, both highly ranked and with semen available. These bulls have high scores for longevity, hoof health and other health traits. All of these are important factors that contribute to high production.

Some other valuable members of this family are also available. For instance, the highest ranked NVI-bull available, Delta Endless rf, is a great great grand son of Esmonique 22. Sharing the same credentials is his popular full brother Eloy rf, but also Everton who is related to this Planet daughter through daughters by Jorben, Metallic and G-Force. Elst and Upward are also bulls from this Esmonique family. A notable fact is that Endless, Everton and Elst are all BullsEye bulls.

The track record of this cow family proves that Esmonique 22 is not a one-off. Her full sister has already realised total lifetime production of 85,000 kg of milk and the half sister by Ficktion now totals 94,000 kg. These three cows are still active herd members. These achievements clearly boost confidence in the performance of the many young bulls from this family in our portfolio.
